Pop-up Exhibition And a Presentation of Works in Motion
This month, we launched the "Experimental Theater Lab" residency for theater professionals and performers.
For two weeks, participants worked under the guidance of actor, teacher, and founder of the artistic collective "Khvylia," Mykola Naboka. As part of the course, residents became acquainted with the French methodology of Jacques Lecoq, exploring the interaction of space through the body, movement, dynamics, and rhythm.
On Saturday (October 26th) at 4:00 PM, we will showcase the results of the residency: a pop-up exhibition and a presentation of works in motion. The exhibition will include pieces created during workshops where participants learned to translate the experience of physical movement into three-dimensional forms and structures, collages, and sketches.
The culmination of the lab was a spatial-dynamic exploration of the poetry of Kharkiv-based artist and military serviceman Oleh Kadanov, which will also be presented during the final event of the residency's practical part.
Admission is free.
The exhibition showcasing the results of the "Experimental Theater Lab" residency will be available until November 2 on the first floor near the stairs (12:00 PM - 7:00 PM).
